Date night

damn tan lines..

I saw this dress a few days ago and immediately thought how cute it would be for a date, and it's hard for me to pass up anything with a sweetheart bust anyway. It was several inches longer, but for my stature I like things a little shorter otherwise I look really small. Since the abstract print is pretty feminine, I wanted to contrast the dress with an edgier shoe, yes it's that Dior sandal that was made super popular by the Sex & The City movie but whatever - I still love it and it's super comfortable.

I've LOVED Judith Leiber for a long time but never owned any of their special crystal clutches because I felt like they were too grown up for me or that I couldn't pull it off. However, I found this minaudiere last week and fell hard in love. The crocodile print is beautifully shown through neutral and champagne colored crystals and I thought it was something I could wear with just about anything, day or night! The perfect accessory for a romantic night :)

Hello again! Sorry for my absence from posting, I'm an extremely lazy blogger in the summer and I rarely look cute because I don't really care about what I wear when it's really hot. However, I do want to show off this dress. I've become obsessed with it because it's lightweight and cool and the cutout shoulders are great. I don't like my upper arms and this hides them in a flattering way. Wearing them with ancient heels but they are so comfortable to walk in.
